According to what has been reported by LaLazioSiamoNoi, Lazio are preparing to keep hold of Serbian midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic for yet another season. The midfielder was first linked away from the club heavily last summer, before the same rumours returned. However, with the market closing in a matter of weeks, it is now looking likely that he will stay.
In fact, LLSN report that the Biancocelesti are ready to reject any late offers for the Serbian. Real Madrid’s assault cannot be ruled out, although Radiosei report that Los Blancos have not knocked on the door of Lazio this summer about Milinkovic-Savic’s availability. In all, it is looking increasingly likely with each day that he will stay at the club; with a new contract perhaps in sight when the window closes in September.
