Fabrizio ‘Diabolik’ Piscitelli’s funeral to be held privately

The Administrative Regional Court of Lazio has wasted no time to express itself concerning the request filed by the Piscitelli family. Asking for a cancellation of the Rome Police Headquarters provision, Diabolik’s family members request was rejected and, therefore, the funeral will consequently not be public. However, the appeal on the merits of the Quaestor’s decision remains in place: the Administrative Regional Court will assess the legal validity of the provision and the sentence will be issued at a later date. Thus, the Court has confirmed that Fabrizio Piscitelli’s funeral will be held in a private ceremony (scheduled for today at 6 am) at the Prima Porta cemetery in Rome. The family will not be present.
