Marco Canigiani, Marketing Manager at Lazio, spoke to Lazio Style Radio 89.3 today. In the interview, he gave an update on the number of season tickets sold in addition to technical details for the derby on the 1st of September.
“We have sold 18,000 season tickets. The march towards the final goal continues; we have until Friday (August 23 will be the last day available to acquire the tickets) and I believe that in the last few days we can also register an acceleration in sales – this is generally the case. While we finish the first phase on Friday, we will be concentrated on the Derby della Capitale. After the match against Roma, we will reopen the season ticket campaign once again for the second phase. However, we still don’t know if this will occur with some variation – we are focusing on one phase at a time. Ticket prices for the Derby are identical to those of last season, everything is agreed with Roma: also in the return match later on in the season, they will be the same. We decided to temporarily close the season ticket campaign to avoid overlapping with the Derby. Furthermore some tickets (such as those of Distinti Sud n.d.r.) are dedicated to the Giallorossi fans. There would have been several technical problems, that’s why we decided to do this. Bus Sharing? It will be confirmed starting from the match against Roma, the official announcement will arrive soon.”
