Lazio near deal for Piast Gilwice’s Patryk Dziczek

According to what has been reported by Il Messaggero, Lazio are on the verge of completing the signing of Polish midfielder Patryk Dziczek, who completed his medical examinations on Friday ahead of a move.

Dziczek, who was also being courted by Empoli and Udinese, has agreed a deal to join the Biancocelesti for a reported 2 million euros. It is likely, however, that the Piast Gilwice midfielder will be loaned to Salernitana for the upcoming season.
