Lazio’s Patryk Dziczek has joined Serie B side Salernitana on loan for the 2019/20 season. After announcing that the Polish midfielder had signed with the Biancocelesti last week, it was also reported that he would be on his way to the Granata to help them remain in the second tier of Italian football.
