Official: Lazio Loan Patryk Dziczek to Salernitana

    Lazio’s Patryk Dziczek has joined Serie B side Salernitana on loan for the 2019/20 season. After announcing that the Polish midfielder had signed with the Biancocelesti last week, it was also reported that he would be on his way to the Granata to help them remain in the second tier of Italian football. This was also an action due to the large amount of midfielders Simone Inzaghi already has available. Below, the official statement from both clubs.

    “S.S. Lazio announces that it has temporarily transferred the rights to the sports performance of the player Patryk Dziczek to U.S. Salernitana until 06/30/2020.”

    Salernitana

    “U.S. Salernitana 1919 announces that it has reached an agreement with S.S. Lazio for the temporary transfer of 1998 born midfielder Patryk Dziczek.”
