Inter Milan goalkeeper Samir Handanovic spoke to Sky Sport after Inter’s 1-0 win against Lazio last night, in which he discussed the reason for the Nerazzurri’s victory over Simone Inzaghi’s side:
‘I didn’t expect a start to the season like this. Today we suffered against a great team. We came out in the second half but we had to close it because Lazio has quality and could equalise. The championship is very balanced and we must always be on top. This is something we did wrong today, but we were not punished.’
