According to Radiosei, Lazio are hard at work in trying to extend Luiz Felipe’s contract.
A young and bright asset, the Brazilian defender’s current deal expires in 2022. For this reason, despite signing a renewal in 2018, the Biancocelesti management is trying to act quickly to find an agreement.
There is reported to be a mutual desire between both parties to start negotiations in the coming months; the center-back has proved that he is able to play at the highest level and is due for an increase to his salary.
Felipe Caicedo’s renewal was recently announced (until 2024), while rumors have started to emerge regarding Joaquin Correa, Luis Alberto, and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (also until 2024).
So far this 2019/20 campaign, Luiz Felipe has made five appearances in the Serie A.
