Lazio vs Torino: Prediction

This match takes place after Lazio won 2-1 in Florence to Fiorentina. A deserved result for the Biancocelesti, they gave up a 1-0 lead quickly. Ciro Immobile once again was the hero to score in the 89th minute to secure the three points. Lazio has shown inconsistencies this season, yet in their match against the Viola, the squad displayed a good effort overall.

As for the Granata, they started their season with two straight wins and have been inconsistent since then (one win, four losses, and two draws). In their recent match against Cagliari, Andrea Belotti was the hero with a great individual effort to cross the ball to Simone Zaza (who consequently found the back of the net to earn a draw).

With Lazio two points back from Napoli in fourth place and Torino four points back from Lazio for a spot in the UEFA Europa League, neither team will want to lose ground in the standings. Expect an exciting clash Wednesday evening at the Stadio Olimpico.

Prediction: Lazio 2-1 Torino
