Spal’s Alberto Paloschi has been rumored to be on Lazio’s radar this January to reinforce their attack for the second half of the season. 30 years of age and with plenty of experience in the Serie A, the striker has made 12 appearances thus far; in the top flight of Italian football, the Italian has not scored in ten matches, however, in the Coppa Italia, has scored in one goal and provided three assists in two matches. To clarify any news, Spal Sporting Director Davide Vagnati made a statement.
“I want to emphasize one thing: Spal wants to make the most of our economic possibilities to allow us to remain in the Serie A… We all wish that the results would have ended differently thus far. But overall, the departure of Paloschi will not help us in any shape of form; right now, there are no ongoing negotiations for him with any club.”
