Former Lazio defender and current Frosinone head coach Alessandro Nesta has spoken during the Italian Sport Awards, in which he praised the Biancocelesti’s performance this season.
“It is a pleasure to receive these awards, I am a young coach, being immediately rewarded is a satisfaction. We coaches do a precise job, if the club are not satisfied it reflects on us. Serie A? Lazio are doing very well, they are very strong. The others are doing well too, it is not easy to keep up.”
Lazio take on Hellas Verona at the Stadio Olimpico in the rescheduled Serie A clash later today, where they will hope to secure three points to jump into second place.
