According to Lazio fan radio station Radiosei, Senad Lulic is set to return to Italy from Switzerland at the end of next week. His return should take place on April 27th; this is a week before the current proposed date for training to be allowed to resume (May 4th).
The Biancocelesti are preparing a series of physical tests to check-up on the Bosnian, who has not been seen in Formello since he underwent surgery on his ankle; he has been training progressively to regain muscle tone on his own, but the club wants him to return to full health as soon as possible. As a result, they have asked Senad to return to Rome to continue his rehabilitation.
Simone Inzaghi hopes to have him available again for June, if not, at least within the first five matches. However, it is important to note that he has not played since February 5th and he has not trained for two and a half months. Therefore, it will take at least a month to return to his former self.
