Ciro Immobile has been spending a lot of time gaming since lockdown began. After participating in an eSports F1 race, which has been taking place in substitute for the real deal, Immobile is now set to demonstrate his skills on the FIFA stage.
United for Italy is a challenge with the purpose of raising funds to fight coronavirus, providing PPE and other essentials to hospital staff on the frontline and essential workers. To raise money for charity, a number of FIFA 20 matches are being hosted between past and present players.
Immobile will be facing off tonight against former Roma star Francesco Totti, notorious for heated affairs against Lazio in the past. The match will be aired live tonight at 20:00 on Sky Sports 1, with two other games being held and plenty of pre-match and post-match debate and discussion to fill the void in the heart of many a football fan.
A number of other players will also participate in the matches, with the likes of Giovanni Simeone, Alessandro Florenzi and Davide Zappacosta participating in the last round of games.
