According to French news outlet La Provence, Lazio have reportedly offered Marseille starlet Ilyès Zouaoui a professional contract.
Born in 2003, the France Under-17 international scored 15 goals and provided 14 assists in the 2019/20 season. For this reason, several parties started to enquire about the player; these clubs include Newcastle, Juventus, and Ajax, in addition to the Biancocelesti. However, it seems as if Sporting Director Igli Tare has moved first in an attempt to sign the player; the intention is said to be to sign Zouaoui this summer and allow him to spend a few seasons on loan in France before returning to Rome and the Lazio first team.
