On June 20, 2020, Lazio played Ternana in a friendly match at the Formello Sports Centre to prepare for the restart of Serie A (and their match against Atalanta).
The Biancocelesti defeated the Serie C side 7-2; Ciro Immobile and Denis Vavro scored two goals, Felipe Caicedo, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, and Luca Falbo scored one goal.
Lazio’s whole squad eventually stepped foot on the pitch against Ternana except for Lucas Leiva, Luiz Felipe, and Adam Marusic, who were not present.
