On Sky Calcio Show L’Originale, Italian Football Reporter Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport spoke about the on-going negotiations between Lazio and Hellas Verona surrounding Albanian starlet Marash Kumbulla.
Lazio will not stop in their pursuit of Marash Kumbulla, even if they were unable to come to an agreement in the meeting with Hellas Verona yesterday.
This was the first ‘serious’ meeting in which the Biancocelesti made an important offer, but it was not enough.
Although Inter will spend €40 million + bonuses for Achraf Hakimi, since it is a foreign transfer, they will not have to pay the entire amount immediately. They will meet with Verona next week to find out if there is still a possibility for the transfer to occur.
This is why Lazio must act quickly if they are to secure Kumbulla. They are in constant contacts with Verona; I can say that the meeting yesterday was certainly an important step forward.
