In an official statement on their website, Lazio have confirmed that they will once again be travelling to the picturesque municipality of Auronzo di Cadore this summer for their yearly preseason retreat.
This announcement comes after question marks were raised about their arrival due to COVID-19 and its ongoing effects. The club and the Municipality of Auronzo di Cadore recently signed an extension of the annual preseason retreat until the 2021/22 season and it would have been a disappointment for them to not arrive this year. The Biancocelesti will leave for the Venetian town on August 23, 2020; the length of their stay is yet to be determined.
