According to Spanish news outlet Diario AS, Lazio have been in talks with (soon to be former) Manchester City player and former Spain international David Silva about the possibility of the midfielder joining the Biancocelesti on a free transfer this summer.
Simone Inzaghi is said to have ‘requested’ the 34-year-old, who has to make a choice either to play in Serie A or in Dubai (Shabab Al-Ahli or Al-Nasr SC); however, a return to La Liga and Valencia or a move to MLS side Inter Miami CF are also possibilities for the central midfielder.
