According to La Dernière Heure, a potential return to the Belgian Pro League and Royal Sporting Club Anderlecht for Lazio’s Silvio Proto is off the table.
Over the past few weeks, there were reports that the Belgian club were looking to bring the 37-year-old back to the club as a third-choice goalkeeper. Proto played for the club between 2005 and 2008, and then once again from 2009 to 2016. However, this rumour has been denied by La Dernière Heure, who have stated that he was – and still is – not a target for Anderlecht.
