Lazio have loaned 24-year-old central defender Andreas Karo to Serie B side U.S. Salernitana 1919 for the 2020/21 season.
Karo joined the Biancocelesti in 2019 from Apollon Limassol. However, the Cyprus international was immediately loaned to Salernitana for the entirety of the 2019/20 campaign; he made 31 appearances in all competitions (Serie B, Coppa Italia).
