Ahead of the 2020/21 season, Lazio officially submitted their provisional Serie A squad list to the league. While subject to change (until October 5, 2020), below is the complete list of players included by the Biancocelesti.

Requirements
Serie A clubs are able to have a total of 25 players over the age of 22 in their respective squads. Of those 25 players (over the age of 22):
- No more than 17 of them can be non-homegrown/foreign players
- 8 roster slots are held for players who are locally-trained (in Italy), 4 of which are reserved for club-trained/homegrown players
- If a club has fewer than 8 locally trained players in their squad, then the maximum number of players is reduced accordingly

Players who have spent at least three years with an Italian club between the ages of 15 and 21. It is important to note that this category may include foreigners.
