Lazio have loaned Polish midfielder Patryk Dziczek to Serie B side Unione Sportiva Salernitana 1919 for the 2020/21 season.
The 22-year-old joined the Biancocelesti from Piast Gliwice for €2.15 million in the summer of 2019.
He spent his first season on loan playing with Salernitana (2019/20) where he made 20 appearances in all competitions (Serie A, Coppa Italia), scoring one goal and providing two assists.
