Following swab tests that were carried out on October 30, 2020, S.S. Lazio have officially confirmed that ‘some members’ of the team tested positive for COVID-19.
Based on these results, the entire team will repeat the tests today in order to identify which players will be able to play against Torino in Matchday 6 of the 2020/21 Serie A, set to take place on Sunday, November 1, 2020.
The players who tested positive have gone into home isolation, while the team will be in a period of quarantine under active surveillance by the club’s medical staff.
As it stands, there has been no mention of which players tested positive.
