While Lazio striker Ciro Immobile may be busy preparing for the Italian national team’s match against Poland in the UEFA Nations League, his family is already getting ready for Christmas, despite more than a month to go until the holiday.
Jessica Immobile, Ciro’s wife, posted a clip of the family’s Christmas tree on social media. After also posting cute pictures of the couple’s three children, she explained her decision.

I don’t know why, but ever since I was a child, as soon as Christmas was approaching, I felt happiness. Perhaps it’s because I imagined (with the mind of a child) that at Christmas time everyone is a little better, that there is love in the air. And, I was so happy. And now seeing these three children stopping in front of those little lights, observing them, asking me so many questions, it takes me back in time.
It was a blissful and carefree time that only children have. I feel so full of love that every bad thought just went away.
