Lazio president Claudio Lotito’s other companies cost the Biancocelesti €18.48 million this year, according to a report from Italian media outlet Calcio e Finanza earlier today.
The report details how the impact of the Italian businessman’s other ventures on the club’s balance sheet was around €15 million in the negative, as of June 30th 2020.
This involves many different areas, such as security to catering, maintenance and advertising investments, as well as his second team, Serie B side Salernitana.
The cost was higher this year than in the 2018/19 season, when Lotito’s other businesses cost Lazio €11.59 million.
The following are a list of Lotito’s businesses and their relevant costs:
Roma Union Security, a cost of €0.65 million, debt of €0.25 million relating to security services,
Gasoltermica Laurentina, for a cost of €1.05 million, receivables of €1.96 million, debt of €0.13 million, relating to the maintenance of the Formello training center, the goods warehouse management and the cleaning of stores, and investments for €2.90 million,
Omnia Service, for a cost of €1.04 million and a debt of €0.24 million, for the canteen service both daily and during training camps for members at the Formello Training Center,
Linda, for a cost of €0.69 million, debt of €0.15 million for assistance services to computer systems, organizational and logistic company processes, technical area warehouse and sanitation,
Snam Lazio Sud for a cost of €0.61 million, debt of €0.11 million for general management assistance services,
Bona Dea, for a cost of €0.20 million, debt of €0.02 million for personnel administration assistance services,
US Salernitana, for a cost of €4.24 million, investments for €7.10 million, credit for €0.42 million and debt of €0.54 million for the purchase and development of players, and relevant sectors in the club.
Lotito also took a salary for the 2019/20 season, for the first time during his time in charge.
