Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic will start against German side Borussia Dortmund tomorrow in the UEFA Champions League, after performing well in training, according to a report from Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi earlier today.
The report details how the Serbian midfielder has fully recovered his fitness after a short battle with Covid-19 and will play from the first minute against the Bundesliga side tomorrow evening.
Brazilian defender Luiz Felipe was present in training, but his spot in tomorrow’s squad is still not guaranteed due to a nagging ankle injury. He initially carried out the tactical exercises with the reserves before taking Patric’s spot with the first squad.
Thomas Strakosha seems to have the edge over Pepe Reina for the game, featuring throughout the tactical tests.
