Lazio need to evaluate the conditions of Felipe Caicedo, Patric and Joaquin Correa ahead of this week’s key Champions League clash against Club Brugge, according to a report from Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi.
The report details how coach Simone Inzaghi carried out the training session at Formello yesterday with players who did not feature against Spezia on Saturday, or those who come on in the second half of the 2-1 win.
Caicedo did not feature in training after suffering some pain in his adductor muscle. Patric was absent due to some pain in his neck and Correa remained on the bench in the Spezia win due to some calf pain.
Vedat Muriqi and Senad Lulic are also both out and will not feature against Brugge.
Inzaghi hopes to have these three players at his disposal for tomorrow’s key game, but so far, it’s not clear.
This afternoon the Biancocelesti will carry out the usual tactical exercises in Formello.
