Lazio’s Ciro Immobile and Francesco Acerbi may be rested against Hellas Verona this weekend, according to a report from Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi earlier today.
The report details how the Italian duo have featured constantly lately, putting them at risk of fatigue. They started today’s training session with their teammates, before splitting off to work individually in the gym.
Patric and Senad Lulic were both absent from squad training, with the Spaniard still recovering from neck pain which may force him to miss Saturday’s game. The Biancocelesti captain returned yesterday after a small ankle operation and is hoping to return in January.
Tactical training sessions will begin tomorrow, the day before their league clash against Hellas Verona, who are currently 8th in the table, only one point behind.
