With Lazio qualifying for the UEFA Champions League knockout stage for just the second time in the club’s history, the focus now sets towards the Round of 16 draw on Monday. Since Lazio finished second in its Champions League group behind Borussia Dortmund, the Italian side is very likely to be drawn up against one of the premier teams in the continent.
Overall, there are six teams that Lazio could end up being drawn up against for the Round of 16: Real Madrid, FC Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool FC, Chelsea FC and Manchester City. The odds point to two teams in particular as being one of the likely favorites to be drawn to face Lazio.

There is a 25.7 percent chance that Lazio will be drawn to face Real Madrid and a 20.8 percent chance that the Italian side will go up against the reigning Champions League winners Bayern Munich.
Nonetheless, it will be a major challenge for Lazio regardless of who it will face in the next round of the competition.
