Ciro Immobile simply continues to make Serie A history.
The Italian forward scored a key goal in Lazio’s Serie A fixture against Benevento in Matchday 12. The goal is Immobile’s seventh league goal of the season and 26th overall for the calendar year.
As noted by the Italian-based outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi, Immobile has now scored 142 career Serie A goals, which ties him with Christian Vieri and five other players for 29th on the Italian top-flight’s goal-scoring list.
This is no surprise for Immobile as the Italian forward has already notched multiple Serie A seasons with at least 20 goals scored.
More so, as Immobile continues to climb up Serie A’s all-time goal-scoring list, he is slated to continue to pass by notable names. For instance, another 12 goals for the Italian forward will move him past Herman Crespo on the goal-scoring list.
The Italian forward is leaving behind a grand impact in his Serie A career.
