Benevento midfielder Pasquale Schiattarella received a red card against Lazio in the 1-1 Serie A meeting between the two earlier tonight.
The 33-year-old Italian midfielder, who is contracted to Pippo Inzaghi’s side until 2022, scored his first goal of the season earlier on this evening against the Biancocelesti, netting the equaliser just before half time.
Schiattarella volleyed a shot into the far post after a corner from the Stregoni.
The draw between the two teams leaves Lazio 8th in the Serie A table after 12 games, with 18 points.
