Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi has not decided which forward to start alongside Italian star Ciro Immobile against AC Milan tomorrow, according to a report from Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi earlier today.
The report details how Argentine forward Joaquin Correa trained with the squad earlier today and will travel with them to Milan for tomorrow’s match against the Rossoneri, despite the calf strain suffered before the Napoli game.
Inzaghi is unsure who to start alongside Immobile tomorrow, although for now Ecuadorian forward Felipe Caicedo is in pole position, having performed well against the Partenopei on the weekend.
Both Correa and Kosovan forward Vedat Muriqi are also vying for a start, although the former Fenerbahce man’s recent return means he is more likely to appear off the bench.
The midfield, barring any surprises, will remain the same tomorrow against AC Milan as it was against Napoli, the report continues.
One doubt is the defence. Stefan Radu will start, but it isn’t clear who the other two defenders will be, with it being a battle between Luiz Felipe, Patric or Wesley Hoedt. Francesco Acerbi is out with an injury.
