Lazio Striker Ciro Immobile Jumped Higher for his Header Against Napoli Than Ronaldo Against Parma

Lazio striker Ciro Immobile’s headed goal against Napoli came from a slightly higher altitude than Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo’s effort against Parma, according to a report from Sky Tech (via Corriere dello Sport) earlier today.

The report details how the 30-year-old Italian striker, who is contracted to the Biancocelesti until 2025, scored his goal against Napoli from a height of 2 metres and 40 centimetres, two centimetres higher than Ronaldo’s headed goal against Parma.

Overall, however, the Portuguese star still holds the achievement of the highest jump. His header against Sampdoria in December of 2019 came from a record height of 2 metres and 50 centimetres, an incredible position.

Ronaldo has been previously noted for his incredible ability to remain in the air for as long as possible after initially jumping, and often manages to do so at a great height.

Immobile has scored 13 goals and provided three assists across 15 appearances this campaign, being the star of the Roman squad.
