The game entered the 90th minute with the score tied at 2-2, and a draw seemed likely.
However, the 23-year-old Frenchman had other ideas and his added-time header secured the vital three points for the Rossoneri.
With that win, AC Milan have returned to the top of the table, one point ahead of rivals Inter.
