Next month will be decisive for Lazio captain Senad Lulic, as the team will decide whether to sign a new left wing back or include him in the squad list, according to a report from Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi earlier today.
The report details how the 34-year-old Bosnian, who is contracted to the Biancocelesti until the end of this season, has had three ankle operations since his initial injury in February of this year.
If he is deemed fit enough next month, he will take Djavan Anderson’s place on the Serie A squad registration list. If not, the club will look to sign a reinforcement for the department.
The rest of the Lazio squad will have a short break now until the 28th December, after yesterday’s painful loss to AC Milan.
Joaquin Correa’s condition is currently unclear, and Italian defender Francesco Acerbi is expected to be fit after the Christmas break.
