Lazio midfielder Luis Alberto expressed his disappointment about yesterday’s bitter 3-2 loss to league leaders AC Milan in a post on his Instagram page this morning.

The 28-year-old Spaniard, who is contracted to the Biancocelesti until 2025, has made 16 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1282 minutes.

In that time, he has scored three goals and provided one assist, including netting against the Rossoneri yesterday.

Luis Alberto posted some photos from the game with the caption:

Yesterday we deserved more, it was a very hard-fought match and we tried until the end… We just have to learn from games like that and go on working harder and harder.

On the other hand, I hope you have a great time with your families and always respect all safety protocols. We must not lower our guard for Christmas. Happy holidays to all!
