Fiorentina Have Offered Lazio €6M For Felipe Caicedo, Italian Media Report

Fiorentina have offered Lazio €6 million for Ecuadorian forward Felipe Caicedo, according to a report from Italian media outlet Calciomercato.it earlier today.

The report details how the Florence based club are incredibly keep to sign the 32-year-old Biancocelesti striker, who is unhappy in Rome with his low amount of playing time

Lazio value Caicedo at around €10 million and are currently considering the offer, with the possibility that a player could be included in exchange like Italian full back Cristiano Biraghi.

The 32-year-old Ecuadorian forward, who is contracted to the Roman club until 2022, has made 16 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 582 minutes.

In that time, he has scored five goals, showing a strong eye for goal despite limited opportunities.

The player was close to being sold in the summer transfer window, which is why the club invested in Kosovan forward Vedat Muriqi.
