Italian Gambling Company Puts Out Odds on Potential 2020/21 Serie A Winners

The second half of the Serie A season is underway as fixtures begin after the holiday break. The next few months will see a tight race for the league title and a cluster of clubs vying for top-four spots to guarantee themselves a place in the 2021-2022 UEFA Champions League.

To the microphones of Corriere dello Sport (via La Lazio Siamo Noi), Fabio Schiavolin, CEO of Snai (one of the leading concessionaries in Italy in the gaming and betting sectors), discussed the odds for who will win Serie A.

For the first time, Juve is not the favorite. Today we have Inter at 2.25, Milan at 4, and the Bianconeri at 4.5. Then there is Napoli at 10, Atalanta at 15, Roma at 20, and Lazio at 50.

Lazio currently finds itself in eighth place, and it doesn’t seem as though winning the league is in their cards. Although the thought of them racing from near the middle part of the table to winning Serie A would make for an incredible run, it’s not realistic.

For the second half of the season, many supporters of the Biancocelesti would like to see them make their way back into the top four discussions as they’ll want to guarantee themselves at least a Champions League place for next season.
