Lazio Sporting Director Tare Looking for Left Wing-Back Under the Age of 22, Italian Media Detail

Lazio sporting director Igli Tare is searching for a new left wing-back to reinforce the squad this month, with his preference being for players under the age of 22, according to a report from Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today.

The report details how signing a player below the age of 22 means that the Biancocelesti will not be forced to remove anyone from the Serie A squad registration list.

A return of captain Senad Lulic would already push Lazio to swap him on the squad list for Djavan Anderson, so the Roman side do not want to have to replace another man.

Several names have been linked with Lazio recently, such as Lille’s Domogoj Bradaric and Cucaricki’s Dimitrije Kamenovic, and talks are still ongoing.

Regarding players over the age of 22, both Club Brugge’s Federico Ricca and Manchester City’s Oleksandr Zinchenko are being considered.

Signing a free agent is also a possibility, with Brazilian midfielder Romulo happy to return to the Italian capital and former Inter man Kwadwo Asamoah also being followed, although Genoa are also interested in him.
