Lazio’s Serie A struggles this season have caused some to push the panic button. The Biancocelesti is currently six points behind fourth-place side Napoli. Although this is a small margin, many are overly concerned with Lazio’s play this season because of the lack of recent quality results.

Italian football journalist Stefano Orsini is questioning Lazio’s recent performances. He believes that the side needs to up its mentality during fixtures as this team can often be susceptible to lapses.

Orsini spoke further about the Biancocelesti’s season so far in comments relayed by the Italian-based outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi.

After the lockdown, Lazio has changed. This is a mental problem, at times it shows something beautiful. Then in the end, if you do an analysis, you understand that it is missing something.

We need to understand what is happening. The ball now passes to Inzaghi and the staff because something is not right. The first thing to do is a tactical change. For me, Lazio must change something in the men and in the form. This is a slow and predictable Lazio.

Lazio will have the opportunity to pick up a much-needed win in its upcoming Serie A fixture against Fiorentina.
