Formello: Lazio Coach Inzaghi to Deploy Same Starting Lineup That Beat Parma Against Roma

Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi is planning to deploy the starting 11 that beat Parma on the weekend against Roma in the derby on Friday, according to a report from Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi earlier today.

The report details how both Francesco Acerbi and Luis Alberto are fit enough to start again, despite both suffering from fatigue after the 2-0 win over the Emilian side.

Argentine forward Joaquin Correa will return to the bench for the match, taking part in individual training with and without the ball on the pitch.

Felipe Caicedo’s strong performances justify his inclusion alongside Ciro Immobile, with Manuel Lazzari and Adam Marusic on the wings.

The midfield will be the core trio of Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Lucas Leiva and Luis Alberto. Marco Parolo and Jean-Daniel Akpa Akpro will both be on the bench, although Danilo Cataldi is out due to a muscle injury.

Thomas Strakosha is suffering from a hamstring injury and so Pepe Reina will start in goal.
