Lazio’s improvement under  Simone Inzaghi has certainly been notable in recent seasons, which former Italian defender Daniele Adani is giving credit to the Lazio manager for the team’s rise in success.

Lazio is just coming off of a top-four finish last season in Serie A coupled with the fact that it clinched a spot in the UEFA Champions League knockout stage this season for just the second time in the club’s history.

Adani is lauding Inzaghi for the club’s recent success, which he elaborated further, with comments being relayed by the Italian-based outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi.

Lazio started four years ago in one way, now they are totally different. They take Reina to play with the goalkeeper. Play low, they keep the pitch not because they are afraid, but to hang up.

Lazzari has improved a lot compared to when he was in Spal, Lucas Leiva did better than when in Biglia. Milinkovic had an excessive evaluation because he was still playing in a playful way, now he is complete. And this is due to Inzaghi.

Lazio still has a realistic chance at making it back-t0-back seasons with top-four finishes in Serie A.
