Lazio and Parma will face off in a key Coppa Italia knockout stage bout tomorrow. The two sides just recently squared off in a fixture where Lazio picked up the three points in Serie A play with a 2-0 win.
Parma manager Roberto D’Aversa is very much looking forward to the rematch against Lazio. He anticipates this upcoming fixture to be one in which he feels that his side will be well-prepared for.
D’Aversa spoke about the bout in a press conference on Wednesday, with comments being relayed by the Italian-based outlet La Lazio Simao Noi.
Tomorrow, I expect a team that will not change its way of playing, it is a team that we know well since we have faced it in the past few weeks. We have to start from those 60-70 minutes in which we played evenly trying to eliminate those mistakes that did not allow us to bring a positive result home.
Lazio is certainly the overwhelming favorite in this fixture, especially as Parma is currently on a nine-match winless streak.
