Lazio came out swinging over the first half of its Coppa Italia fixture against Parma. Among the players who were most active for Lazio in the attack was Andreas Pereira.
The Brazilian international had several promising attacking sequences over the opening 45 minutes of the contest. For one, he had one golden opportunity to give the Biancocelesti the early 1-0 lead but hit the woodwork.

Lazio manager Simone Inzaghi must surely like what he has seen from Pereira so far. He has been active both on and off the ball, including with his three goal-scoring chances created and one ground duel won.
More so, he has made the most of his pivotal chance to show Inzaghi on why he is deserving of more playing time with the team.
