It had been a long time coming for Lazio’s Senad Lulic.
After suffering a serious ankle injury last season, he went on to miss nearly a year of action. But after spending a hefty amount of time rehabbing and recovering from the significant injury, Lulic made his return to action with the team during its Coppa Italia Round of 16 fixture against Parma.
Former Italian forward Bruno Giordano was impressed in seeing Lulic back in action after his time away due to injury. In the big picture, Giordano views Lulic as being a quality depth option for Lazio manager Simone Inzaghi.

Lulic did not contribute much during the fixture against Parma; he did not record a shot or key pass over the fixture. Still, Inzaghi surely must be pleased to see him back on the pitch after such a long time away from the pitch.
