After Lazio started the fixture against Sassuolo with sloppy defending which resulted in them falling behind 1-0, the Biancocelesti appear to have woken up as they’ve put together their share of scoring chances.

Despite the squad failing to convert on the opportunities they had, Lazio finally tied the match after scoring on a corner-kick set piece. Sergej Milinković-Savić was the goalscorer, connecting off of Joaquin Correa’s cross, to put the ball in the back of the net past Neroverdi goalkeeper Andrea Consigli, with a thumping header.
