From the likes of Sergej Milinkovic-Savic to Luis Alberto, Lazio’s midfield has been doing much of the dirty work in the attack and defense in an effort to help the side churn out positive results.
Italian journalist Riccardo Cucchi not only notes that Lazio has one of the more formidable midfield units in Serie A but is lauding it as being the best in the league.
Cucchi spoke about Lazio’s midfield depth, with comments being relayed by the Italian-based outlet Lazio News 24.
The Biancoceleste midfield is the strongest in Serie A. It is a privilege to have Leiva, Milinkovic and Luis Alberto in such good shape; they are devastating.
Both Milinkovic-Savic and Alberto have contributed for key goal contributions as of late for the Biancocelesti. Lazio will surely need the two to continue to chip in for strong performances over the remainder of the ongoing season.
