Lazio is coming off of an impressive away win against Atalanta where the Biancocelesti put together one of its most dominant away showings of the season.
Simone Inzaghi’s side clinched the 3-1 win in a match where Lazio logged six more total shots than Atalanta.
This showing from Lazio is not new for Inzaghi. Overall, Lazio has been one of the more proficient teams within Europe’s top five leagues when it comes to picking up results in away matches.
So far, Lazio has recorded 20 points from 10 away matches this season, which ranks second behind AC Milan in Serie A.

Lazio’s 2.0 points won per away match this season is a slight improvement from last season when it notched a 1.74 such figure, which ranked fifth in league play.
Lazio is set to have several more key away fixtures the season, including against the likes of Juventus and AS Roma. Lazio could use more superb away performances as it continues to climb up the league standings.
