Lazio’s Ciro Immobile claimed the Capocannoniere honour last season, which is awarded to the top scorer in a Serie A campaign.
The Italian forward finished with a league-high 36 goals, which tied him with Gino Rossetti (1928-1929) and Gonzalo Higuain (2015-2016) for the most ever in a single Serie A season.
Immobile also went on to win the 2019/2020 European Golden Boot award as well.
On Wednesday, Immobile was awarded a plaque from the Associazione Italiana Calciatori (AIC), honouring him for his historic Capocannoniere-winning campaign last season.
