With rain coming down onto the pitch, the Lazio and Cagliari fixture has provided a sluggish start in the goal department. The Biancocelesti have had a few chances but have yet to break through; until now.

It took a little over 60 minutes for the first goal to fall, but Lazio has finally taken a 1-0 lead thanks to a strike from Ciro Immobile. This occurred after Sergej Milinkovic-Savic headed down a Francesco Acerbi long ball across the face of Cagliari’s goal, where the Italian striker was waiting.

The 30-year-old has the Rome-based club taking away all three points at the moment as they try to hold onto this lead to secure six consecutive victories in Serie A.
